* The seat is comfortable for a couple of hours
So I am a full time college student and a part time worker, and personally its been hard for me to fit my exercises 5 days of the week.
I bought the Flexispot bike as a gamble to help me get in some hours for a light workout and improve my overall attitude.
Here are things that I noticed when I used it for a couple of weeks.
* its compact, and has a sleek design.
* Mine is quiet even at high settings. (but I've read some reviews saying theirs are squeaking).
* The seat is comfortable for a couple of hours. My butt got sore after 2-3 hours.
* Can be used as a stand desk. I don't use this function.
* The desk/tabletop is big enough for 15.6 " laptop and my wireless mouse. I wish it was a little bigger.
* The bottle holder is between the legs which is fine, but the hole is not deep enough, its like 1" or less.
* I started to sweat a little on the highest settings (8+).
* It locks in place when I use it as mentioned in description.
Its great for light cardio, but don't expect it to help you lose a lot of weight.
It works better after a hard workout.
Notes:
I am 5' 8" , 178 lbs.
The whole desk bike weighs about 75 lbs including the desk.
