I did extensive research on Bikes on line and in stores of Bikes in the price range of $170 to $2300 and I read hundreds of reviews and complaints by the purchasers. I visited 3 stores where I physically tried out the expensive bikes. I learned that magnetic resistance was important as far as maintenance and performance. This bike had all the features I was looking for and the price for a similar bike was $800 to $1400. I am pleased to find out that this bike holds up to all the other bikes that costs 2 to 3 times more. Great value and a good product. I am a 5'5" tall 68 year old women and the box was left on my front door by the postman. I dragged the box into my home past several rooms down a hallway into my bedroom and I assembled the bike within minutes by myself. Not complicated and easy to assemble. The seat is comfortable. I added a $7 adjustable cup holder to the wheel sidebar because I don't like the water bottles on the handlebars. The monitor for the stats does not light up so in a dark room you will not be able to see it. I put a mini flashlight in the cupholder area on the handle bars if I need to read the monitor.
