So far so good. I am a big girl and my husband is not a small man either together we weigh over 500 lbs and we have 2 good size boys that lay down with us and a memory foam mattress that is very heavy. At first I thought that the wooden slats were not going to hold me but they do and then some. So far so good,no sqeeking or creaking and nothing broken at all and I move around a lot in my sleep. It's a very nice bed frame!
