Worked exactly as intended. Anyone posting negative reviews about cuts has not bothered to read the instructions, watch a video or read any of the reviews here. It's a pivot point tool. Its a very natural movement. If your arm is over your shoulder, you drop you elbow down, allowing the curvature if the tool to follow your body contour. Same with the reverse grip for lower back. I'm sure that if you drag it straight up or to the side without following the instructions, you will probably cut yourself. I shave dry and it's been fine. RTFM.
