★★★★☆
4 stars.
I like this product, but not necessarily due to any real results. I was looking for a way to get my daily value of vitamins and *some* minerals and I read a raw vitamin was the best choice. I have a few reasons to like and dislike the product. 1) 4 capsules is a lot per day. I’m fine with taking them twice a day, although I’d rather not and I’d rather take 1 vs 2 each time. 2) I have noticed a slight energy increase, but there are other factors in my life that could also be a cause. 3) This is a generally balanced vitamin without megadoses, except for b12 which is completely unnecessary. Taking too much can actually hurt you in the long run. 4) This is very low on calcium and magnesium. Calcium is not a big deal since anyone with a normal diet (not vegan, etc) gets plenty. However, we are all low on magnesium and 6% is nothing. 5) I would like to know what forms of minerals and vitamins I am taking. A * about finding out more is not fine. A poor source of Zinc, Magnesium, etc. (like useless mag oxide) is just that.. useless. I want types listed right on the bottle. 6) I do believe a raw food based vitamin is better in general. Overly processed garbage is not want anyone needs. Overall, 4 stars. 5 if they fixed my above issues.
