I've had this ring light for 4 months now. I use it 4-5 times a week when I'm working. It has stopped working!! It won't turn on anymore. Update : Their Customer Service team reached out to me and had me send the broken light back and shipped me another light. The new one works better than ever. Sue you are the best. Thank you for all your help. I love my ring light and will continue to use it. I am a Lash Artist and the light is so bright I can see from all angles. I love that it also has the dimmer option so I can dim the lights if it's too bright for my clients
