I'm a women's size 10-10.5. These socks work the best of all I've tried in terms of the COMBO of staying up (rather than slipping down the heel as you walk so they're bunched up around your arch within an hour or two) and being invisible when you're in flats. They offer more coverage (and therefore they're visible if you're in ballet flats rather than loafers or sneakers) and are more comfortable and secure than the ones that are less visible, but they do show when you're in footwear that leaves a lot of the top of the foot bare. Also, they just BARELY fit my size 10-ish feet (I'm a 10.5 or 11, size 41, in some shoe brands) so I wouldn't super-recommend for similarly Bigfoot Ladies.
