This is probably the most incredible product I've ever used. I have extremely dry hands- all year round, no matter how much water I drink, what soap I use, what lotion I use. They bleed often and it's been like this since I was a kid and was getting sent to the nurse over it. Nothing made a difference- any lotion, eczema cream, psoriasis treatment. I've tried the puck style O'Keefe's before and it acted like any other lotion. I can literally feel my skin split apart when I make a fist. Needless to say, when it's not painful it's itchy and otherwise uncomfortable. I had totally given up- I've lived with this for 25 years, why continue to fight it? I'd adjusted to the discomfort. The before pictures are from when I was applying lotion each night and sleeping in gloves and putting lotion on every time I got my hands wet. That's a huge hassle and is terrible to sleep in, plus I go through tons of lotion. Recently, someone asked me how I burned my hands and it spiked me to look into remedies again since I realized my coworkers probably think I'm diseased and I don't want to be bleeding all day at work. On a last ditch effort before going to the doctor for real, I tried this stuff. It fixed my hands in a couple days, with only 3 applications a day. It has improved my quality of life tremendously. I can wash my hands without pain and they look 50 years younger. I have never had something solve any problem so completely, quickly, and easily. This is, hands down (ha), the best stuff I've ever used. I will use this until I die know that I know how nice it is to have normal skin and to not have constant pain and itching. Edit: June 2021 and I'm still loving this stuff! Amazon says I've purchased the two-pack 7 times, which really is not a lot for a year and a half of daily use. I use this each time I wash my hands during the work day, so more often now than the 3 times I started with- mostly because I really like the "waxy" feel some people complained about. It makes it easier to handle paper at work and it feels like it leaves a protective layer that keeps my hands from feeling dry in between uses. The last picture with bare nails/grey sleeve is the recent update one. This is the first time in my life that my hands have looked normal for more than a couple weeks at a time! I haven't had anyone comment on them at all since I've been using this lotion!
