I had low expectations because of how deep my glabella forehead lines are, but I have to say that with only ONE use, I am astonished! I've provided my photo from before using these frownies and after only one nights use. Incredible! Im only 32, and I've tried everything from facial massages, to odd exercises, expressions and pinching for blood flow to high end products by Rodan and Fields. I obviously cannot justify spending the $$$ on those products, especially if it's only helping temporarily... But the emphasis behind frownies is pretty straightforward. Tame the muscle usage and train yourself to use less expression in the trouble areas. My biggest down fall is frowning throughout the night and when I am thinking, so wearing these at night makes so much sense... Since this has only been my one time try review, I'll try and update again at some point later on. Hoping for the best! P.S. The adhesive is activated with moisture, and you don't NEED their "hydrator spray," in order for them to work, you could just use water. I did end up getting an organic rose water spray from a different brand to use with it because of all of the amazing properties within the rose water itself... Maybe that has helped to hydrate and balance my skin, too?
