I was trying to use Coats & Clark embroidery thread I bought at JoAnns for use with my Brother PE-770, and it kept breaking. After a frustrating night of thinking something was wrong with how I was using the machine, I searched the internet for answers. I read several other people complaining about the cheap thread, so I went searching for high quality embroidery thread. I found this stuff, and every review is positive (besides people complaining that half the box is upside down... wtf). I've been using this to embroider my own custom designs and it is holding up wonderfully. It will go for an hour and thousands of stitches without breakage. Best of all, I am no longer frustrated and blaming myself. Would highly recommend this thread.
