This seems like it’s half full. Does not look like the picture at all. Edit: The company reached out and was nice enough to send me a new pillow as the original was defective. This new one isn’t perfect: the back support is pretty great but there’s still just not a lot of material in it so the arms sink down to where you can’t really use them. It’s kind of a toss up: great customer service, great back support, but still could do with more material. Absolutely make sure you fluff it in the dryer (no heat, with tennis balls) because the shake method that is suggested doesn’t work.
