I really loved everything about this mattress when I got it. It was so comfortable and I slept so well on it. Now, two weeks later it is leaking air. I went to bed and an hour later I woke up to half a bed. I got up and refilled it and went back to sleep. Another hour goes by and I wake up again to half a bed. I refilled it and went back to bed. An hour later I woke up to half a bed and grumbled to myself and just went back to sleep. In the morning I woke up to a rough night's sleep and a flat bed. I always topped off the mattress every couple of days when it would start to give a little and that was fine by me. But this would not stop deflating even though all valves were closed. And I also did a test run during the day when I wasn't laying on it and it deflated anyway. For the price I thought I would get a better functioning air mattress, but sadly it wasn't to be. I will be returning it tomorrow. As I said I really DID like it, but it wasn't any better when it came to actually using it than any other air mattress. *Please note that I am updating my review from a one star to a 5 star. Customer service contacted me about my disappointment in this air mattress due to the problems. I explained to them what had happened and they immediately kept in touch with me and sent me a new one. I haven't been able to try it out, but I honestly think that there's a bad apple in every bunch, and I happened to get it. I have never had Customer Service that was so willing to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. Heck, I've never had Customer Service contact me first. A truly amazing mattress and company. Highly recommend.
