I have to admit I was seriously worried this product would not work the first time I used it. Every year for the last three years I have had to call a plumber out to my house to clean out the drain from roots from the neighbor's tree. It's not super expensive, but it is annoying and when your drain suddenly clogs and your kids can't flush, it get's ugly real fast, and plumbers in this area aren't in a big hurry to rush out and help for something so small for so little. So the last time this happened, I thought, "What the hell I will give this a try," and bought a bottle at my local hardware store. Again I didn't really think it would work, but the plumber wasn't coming for another day so I had nothing to lose. So I tried it. and let me tell you I had a major clog this time, a single flush was all I could get. SO I followed the instructions, and managed to get the product in the bowl and with my one flush got it all down the drain. It started fizzing instantly. Now the instructions say to let it sit 4-6 hours, but I wasn't having that. I wanted these roots dead, I wanted his friends dead, I wanted his whole family wiped out. SO I wait 10 hours. I put the Bathroom on lockdown. When I got up the next morning, the first thing I did was flush that toilet, no change, the bowl started backing up on me. I was pissed. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I heard it. That gurgle sound that said something moved. The bowl emptied. I could hardly wait for the tank to refill. my fingers danced on the handle as I waited for the sound of the water to start. I flush... and it went down.... I rushed to the tub and turned on the bath water full blast then back to the toilet and flushed again. It went down AGAIN. At this point, I'm screaming for my wife and kids to get in here. "What?" My wife says. "Look look it worked!" "Great," She says. " SO can I shower now?" "Yeah Baby." I said to her, "You can shower ALL YOU WANT..." So yeah, this actually does work.
