I had used Crest white strips and I actually like these better. They don't dissolve so you can leave it on as long as you feel comfortable doing, although I believe the max was 120 minutes. They adhere well and work very well. I like the fact that they include strips for lower teeth, which can also be applied to upper teeth if you prefer. I have had sensitivity with oyher whitening products, but not this one. Great product, great price.
