My dad leaves the hall and bathroom lights on when he’s over because he’s worried about the stairs and there aren’t light switches near his door. This wakes me up and I need more sleep than he does because I drive for him and work 10 hour shifts. I stuck batteries in there and placed them strategically at my house. They light up when motion activated nearby but only if it’s dark, and they don’t stay on very long, just about 30 or 45 seconds. It’s just what we needed. They’re so bright that on the stairs going up it can be a little blinding but no one leaves lights on anymore!! Yes I put one by the toilet, too. I don’t understand boys and men who try to pee in the dark, can’t be bothered to lift a seat, and can’t manage to pee into a hole bigger than their head but that’s life and I get tired or wiping the toilet seat down in the morning. Time will tell if this helps with that!!
