I'm really likin' this machine and the company, but that didn't come easily. I've been through a few different brand machines; each of them has pros and cons. This one seems the best combination of all wanted features at a decent price and the customer service is both very professional and helpful. The coffee is delicious, especially if you're willing to go through the trouble (it does get easier and faster) of grinding the beans. It's a little tight to get cappuccino-size cups in and out, but that too becomes easier and faster with use. The best feature is that you can easily clean the steamer hose which often got clogged on one brand and actually broke on another. Don't be turned off as I was by their booklet not having a phone number; it was printed before they thought of adding one.
