Update: I purchased these in 2016, they are now eight years old and are used 3 to 4 times per year. They still work and look like they are brand new. I use disposable aluminum trays to make clean up easy and keep it looking new. 100% would recommend These were great for my holiday house party! They kept food warm for hours with out drying it out / burning it too bad. I used foil pans in them for easy refills (I kept back up dishes in the oven) and easy clean up.
