It works very well. Here's the trick- I'm a biochemist my education. Apply it heavy. I use a quart for 200-250 sq ft. After application, go back and soak the dirt with the sprayer and empty bottle. Why? Enzymes only work when in a liquid, they don't when the dirt is dry. Soaking the dirt gets the enzymes to where the urine is, and gives it a chance to neutralize the odor forming molecules. Try it and see.
