This review is for the Grey Reducing Shampoo, not the Beard Wash, though I primarily used it for my beard. The picture on the left is before using the shampoo, the picture on the right is after two weeks of daily use. So, yes, it works. I ordered more. I used it like shampoo/conditioner, putting it in my hair & beard at the beginning of a shower & rinsing it out at the end. I'll continue using it a few times each week to maintain color. It does leave quite the stain around the drain of my shower, but it scrubs out.
