READ THE DESCRIPTION! The seller is correct in that it's sturdy and beautiful. But what I didn't realize (because I only skimmed the description) was that it's for DISPLAY, not sewing. The soft velvet covering will make it hard to position the clothes correctly, if not occasionally impossible. Any knits or tulle will catch on the tiny fibers of the dress form. But I still really like it. I had to cut the cover off to use it for my sewing, but that's ok.
