We really like this unit!
Compared to the Keurig units we have had at the business, this one is simplicity. The coffee is hotter and tastes better, the time to brew is about the same or a bit faster. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because the reservoir is a cup or 2 smaller than the K40. The price was much less than the Keurig and the unit takes up less space.
