If you're looking at this product then you probably have a front-loading washer that's on the noisy side, am I right? And if you're looking at this product at the end of your rope about to lose your freakin' mind at how unbelievably loud and jumpy your front-load washer is when it hits the spin cycle because the house sounds like it's going to cave in on you....then you must have a Samsung. I, too, have a Samsung. It's two years old now and sometimes I think it's a Decepticon in the middle of it's transformation when I heard it from across the house. These pads helped a ton. No they didn't make it 100% silent, that's probably impossible, but they helped so much I will gladly buy them again if these dry up and wear out. Before you install them, go ahead and lower all of the feet under your washer as low as they go. Then get you one of those old fashioned brooms with the solid wood handles and slide it under one side of the washer, get some leverage, and pry that side up high enough to slide these babies under those two feet. Repeat for the other side. The longer the broom handle the easier it will be. Get your level out and check your washer as accurately as you can while going back down and making minor adjustments while you tilt the washer as necessary. Once level, spin cycle and observe.
