I'm under 50, don't smoke, and I was told I have either chronic bronchitis or copd. Last winter I had a very difficult time breathing due to cold air and lack of humidity. I had to get on steroids and use a nebulizer to get through the winter.....I was essentially unable to function for six months. I started taking this product and so far and it has tremendously helped with breathing issues.
