I love it so much! Easy to use, easy to clean. The button is totally understandable, just play around and see for yourself on how it should work. Everything is beautiful with this product. It is a little heavy, microwave are more heavier than this, if you live in an apartment with small kitchen, you should replace every other cooking stuff such as microwave, deep fryer, etc... with this product! Unless you have big enough kitchen then just put this in as an addition! I’ve read some reviews saying food become dry, I too noticed my food become dry it is possibly because it is overcooked, Do not overcook/over air frying your foods. My fries become dry and hard when set by following the instruction manual coming from ninja, I try it again less than 13 minutes air frying time and my fries come out right! Sometime you shouldn’t follow the instruction manual where you see the chart that it will tell you the degree and frying time, just go with your guts or follow the direction on the food package such as oven degree and time or ask others who know the time and degree to cook your foods right with the air fryer, there is a facebook group about it. Another thing is you should sometime watch your food to make sure it don’t burnt or anything, check your food often! I wish they add a camera to it so we can see how our food is air frying and to stop it from being under/overcooked. I know this is a set and forget air fryer so you don’t have to stand in front of it to watch but I will say this: WATCH YOUR FOODS SOMETIME PEOPLE!
