My husband loves the chisel shape. It is perfect for the car, relieving pain while keeping legs positioned appropriately. He has lower back pain, sciatica, and groin pain. This cushion actually relieves some of his pain after sitting on it. Purchased for long car rides, which it is very helpful for. He now uses this cushion at the computer as well. Very comfortable and well made product!
