My sister, son and I bought this chair for my 74 year-old mom who suffers from spinal stenosis. She loves it! It is very comfortable and the heat and massage feel great on her back. She is only 5' 3" so I was worried it would be too big; it is a little large but still very comfortable. The lift function works great; not too fast or too slow and allows her to get out of the chair without pain. She uses the cup holders for her water bottle and TV remote which means she doesn't have to reach for them. We are very happy with this purchase.
