I was buying OmegaXL at Walmart but the price was ridiculous for the amount of pills I was getting so I decided to try the Puritan's Pride version. Many more pills for much less money. All of my hand joints, my knees, my left hip joint and my left shoulder have quite a bit of pain. The Puritan's Pride does the same excellent job on my hand joints as the OmegaX, the same amoung of pain relief for my knees, the same amount of pain relief for my hip, and I was pleasantly surprised that my shoulder pain has been reduced by 95%. I'm very happy.
