Overall good wrist ice pack--with room for improvement
I really do love the idea behind the product. It fits well & targets the wrist area just as it's designed to do. However, the primary shortfall in my experience is the ice pack doesn't hold the cold quite long enough to be a five-star product. I do still recommend just noting the ice pack needs improvement.
