With things moving at the speeds they do, mishaps happen and this does not mean a product is defective or poorly manufactured based on that criteria mentioned above. I will mention an issue but my review is not based on issues not related to the actual product. Controller/keyboard is awesome for what it is. A mini Bluetooth device. Love the grip texture on the entire controller. Don’t drop it as much as the amazon firestick controller. Keyboard very responsive and reactive. You know you pushes a button. Not loud clicks either. Touchpad is nice. Works like a small touch pad. My understanding by the website and description of product is that there was a usb dongle included under the cover on reverse of controller. I opened the door and no dongle, only and empty space for a dongle. So I will try controller #2 and see if the dongle is included or not. Rii website. Www.Riitek.com I contacted amazon and replacement on the way. No Biggy. If your looking for a nice product that is rechargeable (no batteries to mess with), simple to use and feels good in the hand. Then. Try this. As for battery life and durability time will tell. To be honest If i remember a follow up review in a month or so, hopefully.
