Good product however let me stress this! I had low B12 due to digestive issues. This helped greatly in getting my levels into the normal range and was quite energized; HOWEVER once your levels are in range or "topped off" the benefits will deminish. Once your in range its probably best to back off too a maintenance dose. Otherwise the excess is just pee'd away.
