After initial review i was contacted by customer service and my issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner. I have updated my stars based on their attention to customer service :) Product overall is good only thing that is bothersome is that it tips over on its own with out the inside plate. Other than that it's a cute design and does the job. I paid for a NEW product and received a product previously opened not wrapped and it already has scratches on it. The box clearly looked like it had wear and tear upon checking the reviews here i see that the product itself comes wrapped and mine didn't. Very upset that i got this kind of product for my baby only to be getting something used and damaged already.
