I did not want to do a product review, until I have used it for awhile. I have now had the pillow for two weeks. I ordered this pillow for my knees have been has been bothering me. It has not only helped my knee, but also my back. I have a small rotator cuff tear and use it to support my arm when I am sitting. The pillow is a nice size, not too big not too small. It is soft, but offers the much needed support. The pillow came arrived very quickly. I received an email making sure the product was satisfactory,
