I like the overall design of the case. It has a nice matte finish that feels good in the hand. I prefer the feel over my Mophie case. The case is much heavier than the Mophie case but that's to be expected considering the battery has nearly twice the capacity. The battery does last a long time but takes significantly longer to charge than the Mophie case. There are a few issues I have with the case: 1. There is no adapter for the head phones. The Mophie case came with a cheap adapter. I don't necessarily like that solution but it is a solution. 2. The top half of the phone did not snap together as tightly as I would have liked. I was able to wiggle the top half of the case after it was snapped together. I used a little tape behind the case and it made things fit a little tighter. 3. When I turn the battery on it charges my phone then turns itself off. I would like the case to remain on so that the case battery is used up first and my phone always remains fully charged. There are times when I want to take my iphone out of the case and when I do I want the phone fully charged. The Mophie stays on all the time until I manually shut it off. I feel this is the way it should be. This is what bothers me the most about this case. I can live with the first two items but this one is an issue that needs to be addressed. I have only had the phone a few days and haven't had a chance to contact Lenmar regarding this issue but I plan to. UPDATE: Lenmar customer service was very good. They had me send my case back and sent me a new one. The new one fits a little tighter on my phone. There was no need to add tape to the case to make it fit well. They also included a headset adapter with the new case. Lastly, Lenmar confirmed that the case is supposed to remain powered on all the time keeping my phone charged until I manually turn it off. My previous case was defective. The new one works just fine. I'm very happy with the replacement case and am very happy with the way Lenmar handled the warranty. I bumped up the product rating from a 3 to a 5 since Lenmar corrected all the issues I had with the case.
