Ever since working from home for weeks ago, I needed something to help me put my back in a better position, and this has done wonders for that! It helps me keep my spine aligned in the correct way so I don't have pain at the end of the day it's very comfortable, and also doesn't get hot. I prefer this memory foam over the plastic ones because it is more comfortable, and I typically wear my socks so it is more pleasant to have on my feet throughout the day.
