Otherwise, I would give it an honest 5-star rating. Instructions call for 2 people, 2 days and a step ladder. I put this together in 2 beers, six hours and a 5-gal bucket. Then, picked it up and placed it on the base. Worth every penny. I was lucky to have some small bolts on habd to make up for the 4 missing bolts. Got no complaints with the instructions, packaging or structural sturdiness. I can literally stand inside and pick the whole building up at the center roof beam; no bending, creasing or tweaking. I used an old ratcheting tie down strap to anchor it and stands up to 50 mph gusts. I didn't use any silicone or caulking even though the instructions encourage it throughout the assembly process, if you so choose. No problems with leaking so far but I might add it later for S&G's. I'm a builder and a carpenter so I can imagine the frustration others may have with the assembly and instructions, but I pulled it off with no complaints except looking for missing bolts. I needed another beer anyway...
