So happy I bought this set! We live in North Carolina near a small lake, so mosquitos are unbearable during the summer months. DEET based sprays give me an awful headache, and I would never use a chemical based spray on my dogs since they would inevitably ingest some while grooming themselves. I've tried a couple premade, natural sprays, and they do work, but my issue is 1) they're expensive, we go through a lot of spray since we use it daily on 2 people and 2 dogs, plus guests when they're over. And 2) most use soap to help mix the oils in the water, it leaves a sticky residue which is especially noticeable on my dogs after a few days, since unlike us they do not shower daily. Without the soap you do need to shake well before spraying, but I'd rather do that than have soapy skin. This blend works great! Keeps mosquitos, gnats, and midges off us and the dogs. Its amazing to watch them fly close but they never land on us anymore. It's easy to make, cost effective, and safe for you, your children, and your dogs! What's not to love? I reused an old bottle from a previous spray we tried and clean it before each batch. I also love the smell of this trio, it's woodsy and reminds me of camping :) One last note, I don't have cats, but from what I hear they are very sensitive to most EOs, so use caution with your feline friends!
