I have terrible hormonal acne. I'm 32 years old and I've never had acne until now. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars on birth control, special washes and magical creams that all claimed to clear up my face and all of them had zero effect on my skin. One night while doing some research I stumbled across a video by organic olivia on YouTube and she mentioned this stuff and the benefits of taking it to fight acne. I figured I'd give it a shot and man oh man am I glad I did! I have never seen results like this, or this quickly. I'm over the moon excited and will continue to purchase this amazing supplement!! I take two in the morning before I eat breakfast and two at night before I go to sleep. I know that's not the "recommended dose" but I'm a desperate woman with angry skin! I'm really kind of shocked at how many ppl are saying the pill was huge and hard to swallow. I don't think they're abnormally or unusually large but maybe I'm just used to vitamins? If you have similar hormonal acne issues, I feel your pain and understand your struggle and I really hope this stuff will help you as much as it's helped me!
