I was very worried at first. Product came cinched down to fit a small child. I tried it on and It hurt then I began adjusting it it has a wide range of adjustments. The product works mostly as a reminder to keep good posture, if I cinch it down enough to actual pull my shoulders back it digs in to my arm pit. I am actual supprised on how well my posture has become with so little pressure, since I wear it with little tension. Even on a loose fit if I forget to put my shouldres back it does dig in and start to bother my unerarms in the front. Its kinda like a shock collar for a dog if I slouch too much I start to pay for it, and because I have to pull my shoulders back myself my muscels that controle that are now stronger and tighter giving me better posture even when I don't wear it. In short it did not work the way I thought and it's not comfy when I slouch but I have better posture now with or without it and the results are immediate and long lasting. Yes I am a satisfied customer.
