Delicious peppery taste.
It really does have a nice peppery flavour that cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from this particular region is said to have. A small amount is needed on salads and it’s the nicest tasting EVOO I’ve ever tried. This was the second time I purchased it and I use it almost every day on salad as I purchased due to its health benefits. It lasted 6 weeks.
