I have an energetic english bulldog. Who has the strength of a small military tank. He takes me 4 a walk every day. One day he pulled me down upon seeing a squirrel. And I was injured from the fall. The next night I saw a commercial about this leash and ordered it. I figured I had nothing 2 lose since the product wasn't that expensive. It came 2 my door within 2 days. Considering how this thing is set up, I was amazed at how well it worked from day 1. My little power pack no longer pulls me along on our walks. This leash has toned him down about 80 percent. But he still pulls once in a while except it is not that hard. For the price, the leash is exceptionally well made and even has a cushion in the handle. The hardware (buckle) is stainless steel and very strong. Definately a good product for the cost. I'm not into commenting on stuff I buy, but was really impessed with this leash. I also bought this on a whim and am glad I did. Def recommend if you have a dog who thinks he's walking you.
