I was so skeptical of everything I was hearing about B12. Seen this brand on amazon on sale and I thought I will give it a try. No difference first 2 days but the flavor was so good so I kept going. Day 3 noticed a little more pep in my step. Needless to say I legit have more energy than ever before. I am sure I was deficient in B12 because I don't eat fruits or veggies. I can't believe the difference this has made in me. I come home from work and look for a project to do. No more falling asleep on the couch. I just ordered a 2nd bottle. I can't see me stopping this anytime soon.
