I absolutely love this feeder! We have a few feeders already in our backyard, but I wanted to try a window feeder for my 2nd floor home office on the other side of the house. A very large tree is conveniently located near that window with a moderate amount of bird traffic, so I figured it might be a good spot for them to see a feeder. I installed the feeder in January, and one week later birds started coming to it: first titmice, then chickadees. Now, two weeks later, those are still the only two species I've seen on it, although we have lots of cardinals, goldfinches, and wrens on our other feeders. I'm not disappointed though! These two species just love it, and it's great entertainment for me while I work at my desk just a couple feet away. The feeder itself is very sturdy, and I haven't seen the suction cups lose their grip at all even with the birds landing on the feeder. I love that you can slide the tray out to clean it. This makes changing seed SO much easier, considering it's on a second-floor window. I can just lift the window enough to get my hand through, slide out the tray, and replace the seed, all in about 20 seconds.
