Very well made. Happy customer.
Its been in use for 3 months so now I can give it a full review. First off , one week after I purchased it there was an $80 price drop on it. I called Amazon and they refunded the difference to my credit card without a hassle so thank you Amazon. My trampoline arrived sooner than promised so good job by the seller for prompt shipping. Strike one against Skywalker for their packaging. It comes in 3 boxes and they are all heavy. Like so many other buyers who wrote reviews, one box arrived damaged and ripped open. I happened to be home when UPS delivered it and the driver and I had to pick up a few small parts that were scattered on the floor of the delivery truck. Thankfully nothing was missing. The company really needs to do a better job on their packaging. Using thicker cardboard would be a nice start. Because of the damaged box, the padding that covers the springs had a few small tears in it. I called Skywalker customer service. I had to send them photos of the damaged padding and they immediately shipped me new pads so at least I know they have good customer service. And now on to the assembly. The best way to do this is to remove everything from the boxes and put all alike parts in its own area. Put all the straight tubes in one area, the legs in a separate area, and so on...makes it easier to match parts with pictures in instruction manual. The instruction book isn't the best but if you look at the picture of the finished trampoline you should be able to assemble without too much trouble. You will be assembling the bottom frame/legs first. You will be assembling the frame upside down and you have to flip it over when finished. This is the time where a second pair of hands is helpful. After you flip it right side up you move on to the jumping mat and springs. Just follow the directions regarding spring placement. Go in the order it says otherwise you will be kicking yourself about half way thru. Trust me, learn from my mistakes. The safety net is already attached to the mat which is a plus. Strike 2 against Skywalker came when I installed the poles for the safety net. The netting goes to the the top of the poles and there is a cap that goes over the top of the poles to hold it all in place. You have to install screws thru cap and pole but there is only one screw hole in each pole. I had to drill a second hole in each pole in order to install caps correctly. No big deal for me but I'm sure many buyers did not realize this and ended up installing incorrectly, thereby tearing the safety net. It took me about 2 hours to assemble by myself. As far as performance, my 9 year old and her friends are loving it. Excellent bounce, sturdy, looks good too. I can't vouch for weight limits because only the youngsters are using it, although I tested it out after I assembled it and it held my 200 lb body just fine. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. It is a very well made trampoline. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the poor packaging and the fact that I had to drill a few extra holes in the net poles. Hope this review helps in your purchase. Good luck.
