Let me try to keep this review short. I have been detoxing heavy metals, parasites, viruses, worms, yeasts and molds for about six months now. I'm becoming a person I haven't seen or felt in years, and I believe that this nascent iodine is a big part of the puzzle. I thought I had thyroid issues since I had every symptom associated with same, but after three months of taking this most all those symptoms have gotten better. I have to exfoliate my feet every few days and they are almost as smooth as a child's feet. Granted, I've been taking lots of supplements and eating only fresh veggies and fruit, but when you look at the research I think this is again a key. Also, I have not taken this everyday as it states on the bottle since I've been doing so many different things I'm trying to learn and understand how my body responds. I use other products from this company and find them to be high grade and in the supplement world, it's better to be safe than sorry..... get what you pay for and see results. I think it says on the bottle it should last three months and I'm only 1/3 of the way through the bottle, so I think I will start taking it daily to confirm my beliefs. Try it, give it time and notice the subtle differences and then eventually major differences.
