I tested three sets of batteries from three manufacturers (Duracell, Energizer, and Power One.) I recorded the total cumulative hours between morning power-on and evening power off to the point where the aide gives me the first low-battery beep. All three had the same fresh dates. The results: Duracell cells lasted an average of 107 hours Energizer batteries had problems with batteries only lasting a day or two. This happened six times while I was trying to get three good test runs so I just gave up on the Energizer tests. Power One cells lasted an average 124 hours (beating the Duracell number by about 15%)
