I ordered these shorts in both black and purple. Both products I received had a cargo pocket on ONE leg of the shorts (not both as pictured). Also, the black is ALL black; the photo shows white stitching on the trim. I love the all black and I'm even happier with the product received. The shorts do NOT have rear pockets, and they do NOT have any elastic binding on the waist. The material is thicker than I expected so I don't expect any see-through issues. The material feels like men's swim shorts and is soft. The shorts are not tag less; there is a tag that I plan to remove. Regarding the fit, I ordered the pants size I wear everyday. In my opinion the shorts fit *slightly* big. I can't understand how other reviewers state these run small; I wonder if they received a different manufacturer cut. In proportion, I am "pear" shaped with larger thighs. I usually have a hard time finding pants that fit comfortably in the thigh. These fit very well. The waist runs slightly big, however the drawstring tie remedied that. The shorts are a straight cut; unlike some shorts that flare out a bit at the bottom of the thigh. I find the cut to be very flattering for fuller figures. I hope this review helps.
