Great for small fires
I bought a can to keep in my car trunk. I've carried it there for 2 years. On 4th of July, my grill engulfed in flames because enough grease had accumulated on the grease tray. I ran to my car to pick up the can and ran back. I was easily able to put out the fire and still have some leftover.
There is a video review here where the guy is saying this product does not work. Just keep this in mind: He did not read the directions on the can; it is recommended to spray the fire from 3-4 feet. He was at a greater distance. You also have to sweep the spray across the base of the fire.
An easy fire extinguisher acronym to remember is PASS: (P)ull safety pin, (A)im at base of fire, (S)queeze trigger, (S)weep across base of fire.
