First off, I do agree with those that say that it's easy to open the box and get this rack installed quickly. Read through the directions, take your time the first time and it goes on nice and fast. I would say that it took me maybe 20 minutes the first time, including looking at the directions thoroughly. The next time I do it I can't imagine it taking me more than 5 minutes and most of that time will be tightening the straps. Now the not so great - I tried to use the rack today for the first time to take my son bike riding, got the rack on the car and put his bike on the first spot - great. Then I tried to put on my ladies style bike, no good. I see some pictures of other reviews that show ladies bikes on there but for whatever reason no matter how I tried to maneuver mine on there it wouldn't work. By the time I gave up trying, I was hot and tired - and very aggravated. Sorry son, no bike riding today :( I saw that the directions have a little section mentioning the additional purchase stabilizer bar for ladies bikes - great but frankly this sheet is INSIDE the box. It would have been nice to know when I bought the rack. I feel like it's horrible customers service to know that it's an issue and not point it out before I purchased it. So now I have to spend the $ and more annoyingly, the time to wait for this bar so I can take my son riding. Please update your descriptions to be honest - if you are expecting to use this rack for a ladies style bike, you need to buy this thing. Even better, update the price for the extra money and just include the bar. Otherwise, call it the Men's 3 Bike Rack.
