Amazing customer service. Amazing play pen. Our new 13 week old puppy loves her play pen. Can fit majority of her toys (spacious) and even her bed. The best part is she loves to sun bathe in it and can leave whenever she wants with the adjustable dog door. The top zipper allows easy cleaning for removing any messes and is optional to keep on or off. Very sturdy as our puppy is in her exploring stage she likes to prop herself up and this does not collapse. Highly recommend to any pet owner.
