I did not expect this to work so I wasn't thinking about taking before and after until 4days of use. My feet are not as bad but they feel like scales on a soft skin and can be embarrassing. Now I don't have to wear socks when my feet are out of my shoes. Only use it for less than 2weeks. Absorbs nicely. I did not do any special cleaning. Just my usual clean during showers. Will only use maybe once or twice a week just to keep the softness. Will definitely recommend. Wish I had taken a before photo.
